La Mia Grappa

This traditional range consists of the Valpollicella, Bardolino, Amarone, Uve Rosse, Uve Bianche and Affinata Grappas. It is obtained by distilling carefully selected marc in a Bagnomaria steam pot still, typical of Trentino. The unusual label, which is sealed with wax, evokes the model used for quality control by the official analysis bodies.
