Le Erbe - Gentian

Obtained by infusing gentian root in Grappa from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed. The Gentian is a plant from the Genzianacee family and is harvested by our distillery in late autumn and spring, on the reserve of Monte Baldo in Trentino. The root gives the Grappa a dry flavour.
