A delicious mountain liqueur made from Trentino milk, egg yolks and rum. Bellabomba is excellent served cool but for those who cannot resist an extra treat, it can be heated and decorated with whipped cream and dark cocoa! It is an ideal pairing for ice cream and semifreddo, or used as a main ingredient in decidedly original cocktails.
