Santa Lucia pears in liqueur

From the tree to the pot: fruit and liqueur are brought together to make a sumptuous combination of flavours.

This typical fruit from Trentino is grown in the valley, along the slopes of the mountains that are home to many vineyards. In the favourable season, when the fruits are ripened, Marzadro picks them to create a satisfying mixture of fruit for eating and liqueur for drinking.

The small Saint Lucia pears are preserved in their own liqueur to ensure all the characteristics of the flavour and aroma are kept intact.
