Asperula: Perennial herbaceous plant of the Rubiaceae family, gathered during the months of June and July, before the flowering of the beech woods of Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone.

Mountain Pine: Dwarf pine. Family of the conifers. This plant is found at over 1,200 meters of altitude. The tips of branches rich in resin are gathered in spring and autumn. Strongly aromatic, this plant confers beneficial digestive qualities upon the Grappa.

Nettle: Wild plant. Family Urticaceae. It is picked in spring time when the plant is young. Grassy and slightly pungent, its taste has a distinct personality.

Cumino: A plant that flowers in the spring and summer. It’s known and appreciated for its fruit - also called seeds - with excellent aromatic and digestive properties.
