Bellabomba - 1 L.

This liqueur is obtained by the infusion of fresh Trentino milk with egg yolks and rum. The Bombardino is mainly a winter alcoholic drink, usually served in ski pistes mountain huts and bars, but is equally appreciated in other moments and places. It can be served at room temperature, but is more commonly enjoyed hot, topped with whipped cream and a dusting of dark cocoa powder.
