Gewürztraminer and Moscato

Grappa obtained from two varieties of Trentino white grape marc, Gewürztraminer and Moscato. The distillation takes place slowly with the bain-marie method in a discontinuous steam alembic still, which preserves all the aromatic substances of the vines, guaranteeing the maximum result in terms of aromas and fragrances. Moscato is a vine grown in the sunny soils of Vallagarina, mainly in the municipalities of Calliano and Besenello. A native vine of Trentino Alto Adige, Gewürztraminer is grown in this region between 300 and 500 metres above sea level. By skilfully combining these two varieties we obtain "Aromatica', a Grappa with an intensely aromatic, floral scent, with citrus notes and a harmonious and velvety structure.
