Obtained by infusing liquorice root in Grappa made from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed. Liquorice is a perennial plant from the leguminous family. Strongly aromatic, the liquorice gives the Grappa a particular and decisive taste.
