Le Erbe - Selvana

Obtained by infusing woodruff plants, gentian root and juniper berries in Grappa from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed. Our distillery personally picks the plants and roots on the mountains surrounding Vallagarina. They are selected, processed, washed and bottled in Grappa the same day they are picked, in order to keep them fresh and intact.
