Obtained by infusing rue leaves in Grappa from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed.
Rue is a wild plant from the Rutaceae family that is harvested directly by our distillery in the summer months, before flowering. The rue gives the Grappa a slightly bitter balsamic taste.
