Obtained by cold infusing cumin seeds in Grappa from selected blends of marc from Trentino, which are distilled separately in Bagnomaria pot stills and subsequently mixed.
Cumin (Carum Carvi) is a spice that flowers with a flourish in spring and summer, and is best known for its fruit, which are also known as seeds, with excellent aromatic properties.
