The Williams is a variety of pears with unique characteristics that make this brandy the queen of fruit-based spirits. Just like those made from marc, fruit-based spirits require careful and special care from the selection of raw ingredients and the conservation of the product, up to the distillation stage, which takes place with the Bagnomaria method, in a traditional pot still from Trentino. The distillation includes the peel and the pulp with the aim of keeping the aromas and the natural flavour of the pear intact to achieve a soft and fruity product.
